The KW Real Estate Agent Professional Certificate program helps users develop or improve their real estate skills in two to four months, depending on how quickly they complete the 124-hour program.

“Two educational giants, Keller Williams and Coursera, are joining forces to help individuals build rewarding careers in real estate,” Keller Williams senior director Meredith Maples said in a written statement. “This is one of the most comprehensive basic real estate education programs on the market today.”

The program includes five courses covering real estate principles, sales fundamentals, building client relationships with buyers and sellers, and how to manage a real estate business.
Maples, Vice President of Strategic Content Jay Papasan, MAPS Vice President of Coaching Jen Davis, KSCORE and KW Prep Dean Molly De Matos, KW North Central Regional Director Dennis Russell and KW Director of Inclusion and Belonging Julia Lashay will lead the sessions, which will include videos, Readings, assessments, and practice projects.
The course is included for free with Coursera Plus, Coursera’s premium subscription option. Coursera Plus costs $59 per month or $399 per year. Annual subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee, and monthly subscriptions come with a 7-day free trial.
Once users complete the course, they can add the certificate to their LinkedIn profile and continue training through Keller’s Successful Career Opportunities in Real Estate program. Keller Williams launched KSCORE in 2021 with Kaplan, one of the world’s largest education and training services companies.
KSCORE offers free, state-specific pre-licensure courses for aspiring agents. Students have six months to complete the KSCORE program and pass their state’s licensing exam.
More than 4,000 users have signed up for the self-guided course, which starts today.
