Just a week after Zillow announced the launch of Listing Showcase nationwide, the company announced a new partnership with Howard Hanna to deploy the product.

The partnership will give Howard Hanna agents exclusive access to listings in Pittsburgh and Cleveland. According to a statement, the agreement means Howard Hanna agents can now “provide sellers with a premium listing experience they can’t find elsewhere, engaging homebuyers on Zillow through immersive rich media.”

Howard “Hoby” Hanna IV, CEO of the eponymous agency, added in a statement that he was “excited to kick off 2024 with an exclusive partnership.”

“Listing Showcase has transformed our business, providing our agents with powerful exposure and visibility for their listings on Zillow,” Hanna continued. “This is a huge benefit for buyers, sellers and Howard Hanna agents.”

Listing Showcase is an AI-driven marketing stack for listing agents, marketed under the ShowingTime+ brand. Among other things, the technology digitally enhances photos, determines the images consumers respond to most, automatically tags room photos, and highlights the agency’s name and brand. It’s really a hybrid of technologies that Zillow has acquired over time and combined to enhance its software-as-a-service business.

The company also said the test period showed that, on average, the higher exposure afforded by listings resulted in homes moving into pending status 15% faster than nearby listings.

Thursday’s statement about the new partnership with Howard Hanna added, “Listing Showcase helps agents representing sellers customize their listings, highlight the home’s best features, and create a unique experience for both shoppers and sellers. Provide rich media experiences to attract more interest from buyers.”

Listing Showcase is also an important part of Zillow’s ongoing efforts to create a “super app” for real estate and housing, which has been a major driving force for the company over the past few years.

Zillow previously offered Listing Showcase in a limited number of markets, but revealed on February 23 that the product is available across the United States. The company told Inman at the time that it was offering a range of affordable listing showcases for everyone. Scale brokerage firm.
