The firm has exclusively informed Inman that Kathy Kaye and Lorraine Baker, two veteran luxury brokers at Compass and Douglas Elliman, respectively, have joined Coldwell Banker Warburg.

Kaye and Baker each have $200 million in career sales for the company.
Kaye’s real estate career spans approximately twenty years and her expertise spans the sales and marketing of luxury goods and new developments. Most recently, Kaye worked as an agent at Compass for about five years. Prior to that, she served as president of Sotheby’s International Real Estate Development Consultants and senior vice president of related companies. Kaye’s interests include serving on the Board of Directors of the City of Hope East Chapter/Jeanne Kaye League and involvement with the SAG-AFTRA Foundation.

Baker’s real estate career has also spanned nearly two decades, where she worked as a salesperson for Douglas Elliman. Before starting her real estate career, Baker spent several years gaining experience in banking and sales, including serving as chief financial officer in Silicon Valley. In recent years, Baker’s performance has ranked in the top 5% of Douglas Elliman agencies, and according to the latest data, her team, The Baker Dellinger Team, ranks 351st in small team sales in New York State.
