Now, there are several reasons to complain about your job in this industry, but will all of these complaints damage your brand and your relationship with consumers?

Here are three ways to ensure your brand and customer service are all orange flags and positive vibes for today’s stressed-out, overwhelmed consumers simply looking for an agent to help them find the home they love.

So, let me ask you some tough questions. If someone was interested in your brand and marketing for the first time, would they feel comfortable contacting you? Are you approachable? Have you defined a clear path to speak directly to you? Are your logo and contact information consistent across all platforms? Are you a character, or a real person trying to make connections and help others achieve their real estate goals?

The most important thing your brand needs to accomplish is ensuring that potential customers have a great experience. They shouldn’t feel like they’re a burden; they shouldn’t feel like they’re asking for too much because they want your attention.
