Luxury brokerage The Agency opened 12 new offices in the first quarter of 2024 as the company continues to expand in the United States and overseas.
Expansion in the first quarter has spanned regions across the United States, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Spain with the following offices:

The agency was recently named one of the top brokerages for both sides and sales RealTrends latest ranking, with 11,803 transactions and sales of $12.44 billion in 2023. The company’s growth during 2023 is also the strongest among other ranked brokerages.
On Tuesday, the agency officially announced the opening of an office in Edmonton, Alberta, marking the brokerage’s 19th Canadian office to date.
