The news was shared in a press release on March 31, acknowledging that Notable’s business model is consumer-centric, but its brand is positioned to help agents solve challenging renovation needs before a property is best for the market. The company offers credit lines to sellers that go beyond the slower traditional loan process. LeadingRE agents serve as financing conduits and work with Notable to ensure its execution.
“By offering Notable’s low-friction lines of credit to clients, agents can access more listings, increase prices and accelerate sales,” the release states. “Brokers can also partner with Notable to provide a seamless, branded lending experience, Benefiting clients and agents while strengthening the brokerage brand.”

From Chisum Realty Group in New Mexico and Denovo Realty in Florida to brokerages in far-flung locations such as Lagos, Panama and Olbia, Italy, the new additions to the invitation-only business network include A range of independent brands including Howard Hanna, Baird & Warner and Long & Foster.
Members of the solutions group include companies such as Rechat, BoxBrownie, Tribus, DocuSign and second home platform Pacaso.
Jeff Kennedy, vice president of sales and partnerships at LeadableRE, said Notable is a good fit with other Solution Group vendors.
