Software company Inside Real Estate (IRE) has added two industry veterans to key positions, according to an April 4 press release.
Stacey Soleil serves as senior vice president of community and engagement Ryan Hartman Named Vice President of Social and Product Engagement. Soleil is a contributor to Inman.
The pair bring more than four decades of collective experience to the company, which sells products to support lead generation, marketing, recruiting, transactions and critical operations for individual real estate offices and corporate-level brokerages.
Soleil’s role will serve as a bridge between internal leadership and community feedback while ensuring the customer experience remains positive and aligned with the company’s direction.
According to the press release, Hartman will take on an expanded role across “a cross-section of the product and community.” Responsibilities include encouraging software best practices, functional understanding and adoption, and helping users align tools with day-to-day business needs.
IRE CEO Joe Skousen said in a statement that the hiring of Soleil and Hartman represents a “double-down effort” on the company’s commitment to advancing client relationships.
“This has always been important to our company and this space, but now, more than ever, it’s important for our customers to have all the tools, resources and relationships in their arsenal,” Scorsen said. “These latest additions are part of our ongoing commitment to creating the highest value community environments in the industry and will help our customers have a lasting positive impact on their bottom line.”
In conjunction with the staff appointments, IRE has launched two initiatives aimed at solidifying the strength of its offering in the real estate workspace. One of these is the Certified Mastery program, which will provide in-depth education on IRE’s comprehensive product suite, designed to enable certified individuals to become internal champions and support new and existing users.
The second educational measure is peer tutoring. Coaching is less intensive than a certification program, but rather provides agents with company tools and resources to help them educate on product use, provide tips and strategies, and essentially become a go-to resource for other agents.
“Our team understands that community and customer success is not a box to be checked but is at the core of everything we do,” IRE chief strategy officer Grier Allen said in a statement. “Grier Allen founded Boomtown and sold it to IRE. “That meant creating and empowering these positions that were dedicated to building relationships and deepening product knowledge. It was about making sure our customers knew there was a team behind them, with A partner is on their side.”
IRE has started a busy year in 2024 with the acquisition of email software provider Amitree and its flagship solution, Folio In February. Folio is an email extension that “reads” messages to automatically categorize key transactional information, and works with the two most commonly used email companies (Microsoft’s Outlook and Google’s Gmail).
The company acquired industry rival BoomTown in 2023, back-office management app Brokermint in 2021, and a recruiting tool called AmpStats in 2022.
As for her new position, Sorey said it’s all about making connections.
“Inside Real Estate’s choice to put community at the forefront of client engagement and operations embodies this ethos,” she said. “Never in our industry have I seen leadership so committed to prioritizing community voice and collaboration. .”
Hartman quickly accepted the new role, according to the release.
“We’re already busy creating patterns and developing compelling use case-driven content for our clients to provide them with strategies and solutions that meet their unique business needs,” he said.
