“The graphics and HTML you create with MAXA Designs instantly sync to Cloze, making them ready for use in marketing and personal emails on the Cloze platform,” says Cloze. “In addition to being able to deliver professional static images, MAXA Designs can be used to create beautiful and effective HTML newsletters that increase reader engagement. Integration with Cloze allows you to seamlessly integrate these newsletters into your in email policy.”

MAXA is an enterprise-grade digital media production solution that provides the real estate industry with comprehensive creative design and tactical promotion tools. The company can completely white-label its creation tools for brokers and marketing teams, or offer traditional pay-as-you-go marketing services such as logo design, website creation and email campaigns.

Headquartered in Los Angeles, MAXA received top rankings in the 2022 Inman Technology Review and employs a large team of in-house designers to ensure client solutions are original and strategically driven.

“There is no doubt that MAXA is a great solution for in-house design teams and marketing managers, but its purpose is to hand over creative services directly to agencies. The user experience is that simple.” The review pointed out. “You can even connect all your brokerage and agent license information and IDX account data, so creating property flyers is much faster. Just enter an address or MLS ID# to push listing information into the template.”

Cloze expands the functionality of its system, which is best described as a CRM, but in many ways is in a league of its own. The company emphasizes flexibility, allowing lead imports from a range of sources, and is more concerned with lead conversion than generation. It also prompts users to continue to focus on their existing contact database as a source of business.

In 2023, Cloze formed a partnership with popular industry software RealScout, whose founder Andrew Flachner said, “For companies that have a strong marketing plan, handle a large number of leads, or want to significantly improve their sales.” This deal is especially beneficial for highly productive teams.” Cloze has become one of the most popular RealScout integration requests. “

RealScout Pro+ uses natural language calls to action and timely data to send appeals to contacts in any status, ranging from 10-year homeowners to newly qualified buyers.

Canva users can also connect design accounts to Cloze, and accounts are also available for agencies at Brown Harris Stevens and Corcoran.

“We launched the service to over 500 different agents in about a month and a half, and it was all virtual. But the great thing about Cloze is that it goes beyond a CRM—it’s your personal virtual assistant. “Marc Alter, Corcoran’s senior vice president of learning and development, said in an interview with Inman. “So a big part of cloze is that there’s a lot of automation and artificial intelligence built into it that generates to-do lists for you that you can effectively communicate or connect with your network or mark tasks or doze off or do Whatever you want to do and go on with your day.

Cloze founders Dan Foody (CEO) and Alex Coté (Chief Marketing Officer) both appeared on Inman’s 2024 Super Players list.
