Real estate marketing technology company Local Logic has released two new products to further advance how brokerages, teams and agents can use hyperlocal data to drive business.
Inman learned in a press release on March 6 that the company is releasing a series of APIs (application programming interfaces) and SDKs (software development kits) under the name Neighborhood Wrap. These tools will enable marketers to enrich omnichannel marketing campaigns with tightly integrated local insights, a key value proposition for the company.
Neighborhood Wrap will use this information to enhance targeted landing pages that can be tied into email, social media, video and listing presentations, and many other uses. The information on these pages is intended to be a location-specific, comprehensive and accurate description of the many socioeconomic assets that drive home buying decisions, such as school failures, transportation systems, retail amenities, historical market performance, undiscovered neighborhoods, and more.
Users can use provided text, snippets and other resources to generate traffic and capture user messages, all drawn from more than 100 billion data points, according to a press release.
“Neighborhood Wrap is a testament to our commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions tailored to the changing needs of the real estate industry,” Vincent-Charles Hodder, co-founder and CEO of Local Logic, said in a statement. “For home buyers, Neighborhood Wrap provides valuable insights into neighborhood characteristics and market trends to help make informed decisions. At the same time, brokerage firms can use Neighborhood Wrap to enhance their online presence, increase organic traffic, and build stronger relationships with potential buyers. connect.
Today, the more value and knowledge an agent can provide, and the faster that value is realized, the better the agent can compete with a constant stream of information-hungry buyers and sellers. Consumers often require constant attention from their business partners when deciding on an agent or looking for a home, making the balance between quality service and other business needs even more precarious. Tools like Local Logic can be a quick source of market data.
While APIs are a common way for companies to integrate data or assets from one software product into another, and the connection does not require extensive technical skills, software development kit are complete “kits of parts” commonly used by developers as they often come with add-on components to create a more self-contained end result.
Local Logic is moving quickly to assist agents in 2024 with the launch of neighborhood intelligence in January.
NeighborhoodIntel is available to more than 85,000 real estate agents through integrations with BeachesMLS, MLSListings and REcolorado, meaning the product will initially reach Southwest Florida, Silicon Valley and Colorado. Local Logic is actively negotiating with other MLSs across the country and expects to expand NeighborhoodIntel to additional MLSs in the coming months.
Local Logic’s press release at the time said that, like other products, agents will use NeighborhoodIntel to gain more than 250 insights per address, including climate risk, demographics, access to services and more.
The company appears to be investing in the $13 million it raised last August in a Series B round led by Break Ventures and Investment Québec.
Over the years, the company has partnered with crime data provider CrimeoMeter, environmental condition tracker ClimateCheck, and in June this year became a preferred partner of MoxiWorks.
