Global franchisor Real Estate Group has promoted five of the company’s high-performing women to leadership positions, First Real Estate Group announced Tuesday.
The promotions will help “drive Realty One Group’s unprecedented global growth into the next era,” a press statement said.
Cory Vasquez, who has served as chief marketing officer for about four and a half years, will retain that title while being promoted to co-president. She will take on the new role alongside co-president Vinnie Tracey, who is preparing to retire in the near future.
Kathy Baker, an industry veteran who has served as executive vice president of learning for the past two years, has been promoted to chief coaching officer and director of the One University coaching program.
Meanwhile, Sarah Johnson has been named vice president of human resources and Taylor Christensen has been named vice president of marketing and business development.

Casey Grier, who has been a senior manager at the company for about five and a half years, will also be promoted to director of One Support, strengthening overall support for franchise owners and affiliates.

Realty One Group currently operates in more than 400 locations in the United States and 20 other countries and territories with more than 19,000 agents.
