Central American Regional Information System, or MaryseMLS is the latest multiple listing service to partner with RentSpree, bringing the property management platform’s list of MLS partners to more than 300, according to an announcement Wednesday.
Up to 15,000 members of St. Louis, Missouri-based MARIS now have access to ApplyLink, RentSpree’s solution for slow rental transactions, date lead capture, conversion strategies and leasing process workflows, as well as a range of marketing-focused features, tenant tracking and leasing assistance.
“Our industry is currently experiencing unprecedented changes,” MARIS CEO Cameron Paine said in a statement. “I am excited to spearhead the introduction of new and innovative leasing technologies to MARIS. RentSpree has expanded its footprint with its MLS Partner Program, using the program to demonstrate the value of partnering with renters as a long-term primary source during market downturns that have pushed homebuyers and sellers to the sidelines. . At the same time, RentSpree has also pushed the brand beyond its name, assisting sales agents with tenant issues and revealing new ways to manage income-producing properties.
