“Every year for 11 years people have said Compass is in trouble, but every year we continue to perform,” Robert Reffkin said on stage at Inman Connect in New York. “There’s not a bone in my body that thinks we’re in trouble.”
The Compass executive touted his brokerage’s growth and agent count while also advocating for Homes.com in the ongoing portal wars. He predicts the market will improve in 2025 and describes his personal life – including a new family pet and a hobby of taking the subway around town.
